It is often said that real estate is one of the major investments in our lives.  This is particularly true if you invest in a residence, second home, farm, condo or income producing property, because real estate prices on Kauai is significantly more than on the mainland. Yet, many do not approach the purchase of real estate from an investment perspective as one might in a commercial real estate transaction. For sellers, their property may have attributes that they have not considered that makes their property a better long-term value than other properties on the market.

It is my goal as a Realtor, to use my knowledge of real estate, but also my experience as a Certified Public Accountant and financial planner to guide you through the issues involved with real estate purchase or sales. I consider myself an advisor, not a sales consultant, and I want demonstrate the difference between the two and have you exit the transaction knowing your real estate advisor acted in the fiduciary role they were licensed to uphold, that is, acting on your behalf, and at all times.
